StackProcure is a B2B punchout service operated by Fowara LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we process when you use our website and service.

What we collect

• Account & onboarding data you provide — company name, domain, contact name and email, DUNS, and procurement-system details.
• Operational data needed to run punchout — vendor and buyer configuration, session metadata, and audit records (actor, IP address, timestamp).
• Technical data — standard web logs and cookies required for security, sign-in, and basic analytics.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, authenticate punchout sessions, maintain an audit trail, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service (e.g. cloud hosting and transactional email) and where required by law. Punchout messages are exchanged with the buyer's procurement system at your direction.

Security & retention

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit, secrets held in Azure Key Vault, per-buyer access controls, and audit logging. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal and operational requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
