Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of the StackProcure service provided by Fowara LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

StackProcure provides a B2B punchout server (cXML 1.2 / OCI 5.0) and related admin tooling. We may update features over time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Your responsibilities

• Keep credentials and shared secrets confidential and configure access controls appropriately.
• Ensure the catalog and data you connect are lawful and that you have the rights to use them.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and your buyers' agreements.

Fees

Subscription and setup fees are as described on our pricing page or your order form. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability & support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties except as expressly stated in a signed agreement. Support is provided per your plan.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate per the order form. On termination your access ends and we will, on request, return or delete your data subject to legal retention requirements.
